Terms of Use
The Delphyn trial licence is non-transferable and is only valid for use by the User only.
Period of Trial
The period of the trial must be for a fixed duration. The Delphyn trial shall be no longer than thirty (30) days. Any request for extension of the duration of the trial must be submitted to Hemasoft Asia for prior written consent, subject to approval. In such a request, Hemasoft Asia will review and determine the duration of the extension, taking the proposed trial period requested by the User into consideration.
Compliance of Terms & Conditions
The User shall comply with the terms and conditions specified by Hemasoft Asia. In the event that the User breaches any of the terms and conditions, Hemasoft Asia shall have the right to terminate the trial licence and take appropriate legal action. Hemasoft Asia reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Delphyn trial in whole or in any part, without any prior notice given to the User.
