To complement both our Biomedical and Industrial Science disciplines, we provide our customers with product advisory and customization services, even prior to purchase to ensure their requirements are met. After purchase has been made, we continue to support our customers from planning and product installation to onsite product training, after-sales services and maintenance. We offer support at every stage of the product’s life cycle to meet our customers’ needs. It is important that our customers are satisfied with the equipment they procured from us.
Invariably, our customers can always be assured of our prompt delivery of services. Our highly trained and experienced service engineers are always on standby to resolve any issues our customers may face.
1. Consultancy & Procurement
Before any sales proposal is forwarded to the customer, we will conduct discussions with them to obtain a good understanding of their usage requirements. We will then review the suitability of the relevant equipment and piece together an entire suite of equipment and ancillary products that fits our customer's requirement. A procurement proposal will then be prepared setting out the possible acquisitions that best meet our customer's budget and requirements. Once the proposal is approved, we will proceed to procure the necessary hardware from our principals.
2. Site Preparation & Customisation
Prior to the delivery of any equipment, our personnel will conduct an inspection of our customers' premises. As the equipment comes in different shapes and sizes, our personnel will work together with our customers to ensure that their installation sites are ready to receive the equipment. If required, we will customise either the equipment or the configuration of the site to ensure a smooth installation process.
3. Delivery and Installation
Once the equipment is delivered to the customers, our experienced engineers will then proceed to carry out the necessary physical installations and software configurations.
4. Onsite Training
After the equipment is installed, onsite product training will be provided to the customers.
5. After-Sales Services
We offer prompt technical support services with a team of highly experienced engineers. We also offer equipment calibration services, equipment warranty extensions, maintenance and repair.
